Sen McConnell says – feel free to contest the election…but Thad won.

Seeing as Sen McConnell said he was “all-in” for Thad and organized a big fundraiser for him, it would be pretty surprising if he said Thad did something wrong.

Still mildly interesting that he has finally commented after the election.

And Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) told reporters at his weekly press conference on Tuesday that “anybody’s entitled” to contest the election.

“It’d be up to the people in Mississippi to determine the outcome,” he said. “I think it’s pretty clear who won. Senator Cochran ran a very successful runoff campaign and got the most votes. But anybody’s entitled to contest the outcome and that may well happen in Mississippi.”

No comment on whether or not he supports the race-baiting or the poor accounting. Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask his Press Secretary for answers.

And ask every GOP official #whyThad
